At Kaldi, we strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction with your shipment. To guarantee a smooth experience, we kindly request that you inspect your shipment upon receipt. If any items are missing or damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please note that ground coffee or private labeled coffee orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Additionally, commercial equipment ships directly from the manufacturer, and processing may take up to 10 days. Refunds for equipment orders are only possible with express written consent from the manufacturer. If approved, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned (new in box) equipment or merchandise. Please make sure to return the equipment to the designated warehouse within 30 days, and contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return shipping information.

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products during transportation, we cannot be held responsible for any product damaged by freezing or melting.

Occasionally, items may be back-ordered. We make an effort to indicate such cases on our website. If an item is back-ordered, it will be removed from your order, and you are welcome to reorder once it is back in stock.

For whole bean coffee orders, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the coffee you receive, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number for you to include in the prepaid return shipment. Upon receiving the unused portion, we will reship replacement items or credit your account, deducting a 25% handling fee.

While we strive to provide accurate product images, there may be instances where obtaining the exact image is challenging. In such cases, we will use the closest representative image available. Please read the product description and related literature, including manufacturer specifications and MSDS sheets, before placing your order. We want to alert you to important considerations regarding shipping addresses. UPS and FedEx charge a $20 address correction fee, plus a $10 service fee if your shipping address does not match the actual delivery address or if you request the shipment to be forwarded to another address.

Please note that LTL Freight drivers do not deliver shipments inside physical addresses. If an inside delivery is requested, an additional $95 inside delivery fee will be charged to your account.
