Terms and Conditions

  • Shipments must be inspected upon receipt. Any items missing or damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
  • No refunds or exchanges on ground coffee or private labeled coffee orders.
  • Commercial equipment ships directly from the manufacturer, please allow up to 10 days for processing. Once an equipment order is placed there are no refunds unless there is express written consent from the manufacturer. If approved a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned (new in box) equipment/merchandise. Equipment must be received at the designated warehouse within 30 days. You must call for a RMA number and get return shipping information before returning any items.
  • Chocolate covered coffee beans:  in order to preserve the chocolate covered coffee beans, it is recommended that a transit time of no longer than 2 business days in temperatures above 79 degrees should be used.  Most chocolate will melt within 24 hours in temperatures over 85 degrees. Kaldi.com cannot refund for any melting of chocolate covered coffee beans.
  • The customer will be responsible for any product damaged by freezing or melting during transportation.
  • Occasionally items might be back ordered. We do our best to try and note these items on the web site. If an item is ever backordered it will be removed from your order and you are welcome to reorder when it is back in stock.
  • We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on whole bean coffee orders. If you are unhappy with the coffee you receive please contact us right away, because of the short shelf life on coffee you must call within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a RMA number that you must include with the prepaid return shipment. Return the unused portion and we will reship replacement items or credit your account minus a 25% handling fee.
  • Our goal is to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible. However, some product images are difficult or impossible to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. These representative, illustrative images may show optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product. We recommend that you carefully read the product description and other related product literature such as the manufacturers specification sheets, MSDS Sheets, etc., before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product even after reading the description and product literature, please contact us.
  • IMPORTANT! UPS & FedEx charge a $15 address correction fee. You will be billed for this PLUS a $10 service fee if your shipping address does not match the actual delivery address or if you have the shipment forwarded to another address.
  • LTL Freight drivers do not deliver shipments inside a physical address. If this is requested by the receiver an additional $95 inside delivery fee will be charged to your account.
