Simply write up recipe cards for each flavor profile on your PC, then load it onto a BrewWise recipe card. The grinder will then log what kind of bean was used so that the brewer knows exactly how to brew it so all of the best flavors come to the surface.

Not only do you get consistently great pots of coffee, this system allows for quick brewing, as well. You’ll never have to worry about being caught without fresh coffee in a rush when you can brew up to 11.3 gallons of coffee every hour, with a 3 gallon water holding tank. Your customers will thank you when they don’t have to wait for that first morning cup of coffee.

When the rush abates, your brewing system knows to back off, as well. With a built in energy saving mode, temperature to the holding tank is reduced during less busy periods. This reduces your energy bills and overall waste.

The front LCD readout allows you to access troubleshooting options and keep track of coffee freshness. The readout is available in either English or Spanish, depending on what you need in the moment, and can use either standard or metric measurements.
