Thank you for choosing CMA Astoria machines. As authorized agents, we provide warranty coverage for this brand. To ensure optimal performance, we strongly advise installation by a qualified engineer adhering to the latest regulations. Terms: Warranty coverage begins from the date stated on your invoice.

Coverage: The warranty encompasses all parts, excluding wearing service items.

Exclusions: Wearing service items such as group seals, gaskets, steam arm seals, pump heads, etc., are not covered due to their water-dependent nature, susceptible to failure from water scarcity or contamination. Additionally, warranty does not extend to: improper electrical connection, electrical surges, user mishaps, alterations, inadequate maintenance, use of harsh cleaning agents, exposure to freezing temperatures, impure water introduction, or intentional or accidental damage.

Scale Related Issues: Unfiltered water may cause lime scale buildup, leading to valve blockages, boiler element encrustation, and eventual machine malfunction. This can be prevented by using a water filter, recommended to be regenerated annually based on usage and water hardness.

Excessive Water Pressure: Plumbed machines require a water pressure of 3 to 6 bar maximum. Deviations from this range may void warranty, particularly concerning solenoid valves or hydraulic system damage. It is imperative to ensure correct water pressure. In cases of excess pressure, installation of a pressure reducing valve is advised, available from our store.

Claims Process: In the rare event of a claim, kindly email us for expedited repair services so that we can locate a local service technician.

Please note that warranties are non-transferrable.
