Please note that our warranty policy applies exclusively to orders and shipments within the continental United States. It does not cover domestic shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, international shipments, APO/FPO shipments, shipments brought or shipped outside the United States by the customer or their agents, or shipments made outside the continental United States. Damages occurring during transit are also not covered by this policy.

To ensure your satisfaction, most commercial equipment undergoes testing either at the country of manufacture, the importer's location, or one of Kaldi Gourmet Coffee's facilities. If you encounter an issue, please contact us at 910-350-0990 or via email through our website. We will assist you in determining whether the problem is due to operator error or an actual defect.

For household equipment (excluding items listed below), if a product arrives defective or becomes defective within 5 calendar days of the invoice date, it will be replaced or a replacement part will be shipped. The shipping method will be either UPS Ground or USPS, at the sole discretion of Kaldi Gourmet Coffee or the manufacturer. After the 5 calendar day limitation, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the manufacturer's warranty center and agrees to have all defects covered under warranty.

If the customer decides not to accept the replacement remedy presented by Kaldi Gourmet Coffee or the manufacturer, they will be responsible for all shipping charges. In case an item is returned and found not to be defective, all shipping charges to and from the customer's shipping address will be deducted from the credit owed. The determination of a defect can only be made by Kaldi Gourmet Coffee, with or without the support of the manufacturer. The extent and magnitude of the defect will determine the replacement process. Defects occurring after 5 calendar days of the invoice date will be covered under the respective warranty of the manufacturer or their representative.

Please note that this policy does not cover defects caused by user error or negligence, including but not limited to failure to read the owner's manual or instructions provided with the purchased item. Home coffee roasters, semi-commercial equipment, and commercial equipment are not covered by this policy. These items are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty or installer. Adjustments are not considered defects, and temperature or other adjustments on espresso machines are not considered defects when they fall within the range established by the manufacturer or Kaldi Gourmet Coffee.

Warranty coverage is applicable only for merchandise used within the continental United States. Customers outside the continental United States seeking warranty coverage are responsible for all shipping costs to and from their location to the manufacturer's respective warranty center for the entire warranty period.
