Egro Error W07: issue likely within the brew chamber. Adjust the grind (coarse) and clean inside of the brew chamber & the screen. Also check to see if the coffee cleaning cycle is turned on. Set it to run every 15-30 minutes to help prevent any internal build up of coffee. The clog can also be at the coffee chute, to clean that you need to remove the hopper and the top plate. Then you remove the chute but undoing the set screw. Clean until the coffee grounds are out and then dial back in. You can do a motor test in diagnostics to get all the coffee out and make sure you are no longer clogged. Part 16
No water through group: Remove the left side panel and look into the machine and see water inside the brewing valve tube going to the lower brew module piston. This indicates a clog inside the brew module, most likely inside the piston assembly itself. Common places for the pistons to clog is either part 10 (diagram below) on the lower piston or 16 and the upper piston.
Ergo Error W13: Enter Technical Menu > 1849 > Machine Set up > Factory settings > 2408 > Auto calibrate 3x > save > exit > turn off machine for 30 seconds then turn back on.
Ergo Error W33: Shut power down to machine. Turn water valve off to machine using the shut off valve behind the puck drawer. Turn machine back on and wait for machine to initalize. Turn water back on to machine
Egro Error W35 happens when the coffee boiler cannot heat up in 180 seconds. This could be due to a couple of reasons. What is most common is the coffee boiler is not filling properly. If the machine is not filling, than it will not heat. We suggest having a tech go out on site and take a look at the unit. They would be able to identify incoming water pressure throughout the machine, as well as anything else that could cause this error code.
• Check heater coffee boiler with diagnostics in technical menu
• Check power supply
• Check temperature switch fuse F10 A + B These are little red or grey reset buttons near the boilers. Check the back, sides and bottom area of boiler for them.
• Check temperature sensor
• Confirm voltage to heating element(s)
