All touch interface of the Rancilio Classe 11 USB XCELSIUS provides users with the ability to interact with a traditional style espresso machine like never before. Operators can control the brewing temperature of the espresso with a single swipe of the finger and see the results live on the touch screen. They can monitor the boiler pressure live on the color screen with this intuitive industrial espresso machine.
