Wholesale Coffee Ordering Information
FREE Shipping on Coffee Orders of 20 lbs or more!
All wholesale coffee is freshly roasted to order! Gourmet coffee orders received by 11 am EST are roasted and shipped the same day. Wholesale coffee prices are based on 5lb packaging w/one-way degassing valve.
Free shipping of gourmet coffee only applies only to confirmed UPS Ground commercial addresses. Residential shipments and wholesale coffee orders less than 20 lbs will be charged a $10 handling fee.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned (new in box) coffee shop equipment/merchandise. Items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days. You MUST call for a RMA number and get return shipping information before returning any items.
Occasionally items might be back ordered. We do our best to try and note these items on the web site. If an item is ever backordered we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
On coffee orders we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of the coffees you receive please call right away, because of the short shelf life on coffee you must call within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a RMA number that you must include with the prepaid return shipment. Then simply return the unused portion and we will reship replacement items or credit your account minus a 25% handling fee.
No refunds or exchanges on private labeled coffee.
IMPORTANT! UPS CHARGES A $10 ADDRESS CORRECTION FEE. You will be billed for this plus a $5 service fee if your shipping address does not match the actual delivery address or if you have the shipment forwarded to another address.
