Conserve Your Cash And Working Capital
Hard cash isn't tied down in equipment. Alternatively, money is accessible for opportunities such as marketing, working capital, or seasonal cash flow necessitates.

Preserve Your Credit Lines
Active lines of credit and borrowing accessibility are left unaffected – at the ready to use for operating and short-term funding demands.

Pay Only For What You Use
Monthly payments permit you to utilize your commercial espresso machine right away – your sole initial cash disbursement constitutes the beginning and final rental payment. And, the new commercial espresso machine, with its operating efficiencies, pays for itself whilst you use it...over time. Earnings are yielded through the use of your commercial espresso machine instead of the ownership of equipment.

Leasing Is 100% Financing
Our coffee shop equipment leases finance 100% of the cost of the coffee equipment. You are able to also include "soft" costs in your commercial espresso machine lease such as shipping, software, training, and installation. Contrary to a bank loan, there is no down payment or compensating balances involved.

Eliminate Equipment Obsolescence
Coffee Shop Equipment leasing permits you on a regular basis to upgrade your machine to a state-of-the-art level, getting rid of the inefficiencies of possessing obsolete commercial espresso equipment.

Gain A Variety Of Tax Benefits
Different than loan payments; lease payments may be fully tax-deductible as an operational expense.

Overcome Budget Limitations
In positions where restricted budgets commonly retard or forbid the acquisition of coffee shop equipment because of a limitation on capital outlays, leasing an espresso machine provides prompt approval of the budget because of its small monthly outlay . A commercial espresso machine that's leased can fit the stiffest of budgetary constraints.

Question frequently asked by Lessees on commercial espresso machines and coffee makers:

Q. Who can lease your espresso machines and coffee makers?
A. Any business, organization, association, or government entity meeting our credit worthiness standards may lease commercial espresso machines and coffee shop equipment. Commercial espresso machine leasing is not available to individuals for personal use.

Q. What criteria are used to determine credit worthiness?
Financial condition
Time in business
Dun & Bradstreet reports or other credit rating services
Personal credit payment history of business owner(s)

Bank and/or trade references
Q. How is the monthly commercial espresso machine lease payment calculated?
A. The monthly lease payment is based on the risk factors associated with time in business, industry, coffee shop equipment cost, equipment type, lease term, and lease purchase option.

Q. How much money do I have to pay up front?
A. Coffee shop equipment leases can be structured with no initial payment, however the normal requirement is two advance payments (first and last payment) or a security deposit equal to two payments. The security deposit can be applied toward the purchase of the equipment at lease end or returned to you when you return the coffee shop equipment to Leasing.

Q. Does the lease document provide information about my purchase option?
A. Yes, the purchase option is prominently displayed on the front of the lease agreement with details on how to exercise the option in the body of the agreement.

Q. When does my commercial espresso machine lease begin?
A. Your lease will start after all of the following have taken place:
Coffee shop equipment has been delivered and/or installed.
Leasing is in receipt of the properly executed lease documents and, if required, initial check.
Leasing is in receipt of the proper vendor/supplier invoice for the Coffee shop equipment.
Leasing has contacted you and received your verbal confirmation of the lease.

Q. How will I be billed?
A. During the telephone commercial espresso machine lease confirmation you select one of the following billing options:
Sign up to have monthly payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account via Authorization for Preauthorized Withdrawals (ACH Debits).
Monthly invoices mailed to you approximately 20 days prior to your due date.
E-mailed invoice 20 days prior to your due date.
Recurring Credit Card payments (fees may apply for this service)
We will mail you a coupon book at the start of the lease.

Q. When are monthly payments due?
A. During the telephone espresso machine lease confirmation you will choose one of three different due dates (the 10th, 20th or 30th of each month). We can also accommodate quarterly, semi-annual and annual payments.

Q. Will I get a copy of my espresso machine lease and coffee maker lease?
A. Yes, we mail you an executed copy of the lease along with a cover letter that summarizes the Coffee shop equipment structure and your insurance obligation.

Q. Will I be charged a late fee?
A. If a payment is received after a five day grace period a late fee will be assessed according to the terms of the espresso machine lease contract.

Q. Does the leasing company charge for insurance?
A. As stipulated in the commercial espresso machine lease contract, you are required to maintain insurance against loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the equipment. Leasing requires a copy of the certificate of insurance for this equipment listing the leasing company as "loss payee" and "additional insured." Otherwise an insurance policy will be purchased for you covering this coffee shop equipment and you will be billed monthly for this policy.

Q. Can the equipment be purchased before the end of the lease term?
A. Yes, just request a buyout quote from the Asset Management Dept.

Q. Is it possible to upgrade or add-on commercial espresso machines or coffee makers to my original lease?
A. Yes, with an acceptable payment history, Leasing provides cost effective upgrade and add-on alternatives.
