Parent Fundraiser Information Letter
Dear Parents,
We are always looking for ways to improve your child's educational experience. In order to make improvements to our program, each year we attempt to raise money. This particular coffee fundraiser will help to raise money for (insert reason for fundraiser here).
The new coffee fundraiser we have selected will hopefully grant us enough money to (insert additional reason for fundraiser here). The only way we will be successful in our campaign is if we have the support of everyone involved.
We will be holding a Kick-Off Meeting on (insert date) at (insert time) at (insert location). Please attend this Meeting to learn all about the specifics of the coffee fundraiser. Everyone needs to attend so that they can gain a full understanding of the details as well as obtain information on prizes. Sales supplies will be provided at the meeting as well.
How can we achieve our goal?
* We are trying to raise (insert amount here i.e. $8,000).
* Each bag of coffee we sell makes us $5.00.
* We have (insert # of people participating here i.e. 50) people helping to raise funds.
* Our goal of ($8,000) divided by $5.00 means that as a group we need to sell (insert # here i.e. 2,000) bags of coffee.
* Each of the (50) members would need to sell (insert amount here i.e. 40) bags.
